L’Aide à l’Enfant Réfugié (A.E.R) is an non profit-making association of international solidarity, apolitical and non-denominational.
A.E.R. is intended in Cambodia, and perhaps elsewhere tomorrow, to provide children living in poverty and insecurity, the means that will enable them to build a better future than their parents. Founded in 1979 by Yvonne Clarens, its current president, it works mainly with volunteers. It occurred in France, Thailand, Lebanon. Since 1999, it has been in Cambodia . A.E.R, wants to respond and meet three fundamental rights of these children:
