The domaine has been devoted to organic farming since 1967. For us, the organic commitment means respecting the ethics that aspire to a healthier environment and an equitable and sustainable local economy.
Our practices and methods are officially recognized and adhere to the natural equilibrium :
- using only treatments or fertilizers from natural processes
- keeping the soil alive to nourish the plants
- maintaining the balance between plants and their environment
- favouring preventative treatments rather than curative.
In order to provide the consumer with certification and traceability , we undergo annual checks by an official standards organisation (Qualité France)
