It was in 1967 that my father, developing the farm he inherited from his own father, converted to organic methods of farming. In fact, being unhappy with chemicals in his crops, he decided to go the organic way He then met the sales representative from LEMAIRE-BOUCHER company and started by converting 32 ha little by little until in 1974 he had completed the task.
I took over in 1984 and remaining loyal to this method ,planted my orchards. In 1987 , I set up an organic cereals crop co-operative (Biocer) with 9 other local producers.
