Apples are organically grown,
that is, without adding of pesticids or synthetic fertilizers of
any kind. To respect the environment and animal life we only use
natural products : composts copper sulphate, knettle and fern manure
in order to promote natural agents such as coccinellas syrrphes
and bees for pollenisation. |
In order to maximize the sunning in the heart of the apple trees, a regular pruning is made during the winter. We also control weeds and assiduously cut the grass within each orchard row. It permits a better growing of the trees.
At the majority, the apples are collected and stored into wood boxes before the pressing
