Mélissa and the Gardasil?

Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is a vaccine that targets certain sexually transmitted strains of human  papillomavirus associated with the development of cervical cancer and genital warts. Two HPV vaccines are currently on the market: Gardasil and CervarixOf the more than 100 known HPV types, 37 are known to be transmitted through sexual contact. Infection with sexually transmitted HPVs is very common in adult populations worldwide. According to the American Centers for Disease Control, by the age of 50 more than 80% of American women will have contracted at least one strain of HPV.

This is what I read about this vaccine on wikipedia.

I saw publicity spots on TV and when I went with Mélissa to the doctor after her chirurgical intervention he proposed the vaccine for her. But Mélissa is a little affraid with vaccine. We have already a cousin who have problems since several years now with another vaccine against  the hepatic. After the injection and like many other people in France she developped a multiple sclerosis. And now you can’t imagine her suffering.

 People are now  affraid because there are such lobbies we can’t control.

Some doctors in Spain think  the studies about this vaccine and the perspectives are still insufficient. Idem in Germany.
