A new show, now!

My partnair in the play “Chagrin d’Amour” by the author Guitry, stopped one day the theater without saying nothing to our teacher. He  disappeared simply, after four months of repetitions and stage. Of course he didn’t know his text still  but the other players, yes. I even had a coach who was learning the song “Chagrin d’Amour” to me so that people could appreciate a little this delicious song, the day of the show!

So we staid without voice Claude, the teacher, Mireille, Nicolas and me when all our plan felt in water!

What could we do when we know that the show will take place at the end of juni.

We decided to abandon “Chagrin d’amour” and to play three little “Café-Théâtre” sketches created by the french author Catherine Blanchard.

Now I begin again to learn the sketches. Of course it takes time but in the same time  when I will know them I will have a lot of fun to entry in these hilarious situations and crazy plays!!!

Tonight, we had a repetition at “Le vieux Moulin”, a fabulous typical provençal place! We had a lot of fun and laugh!

I must say my characters are particulary crazy and ridiculous!!! I say no more…The only thing I expect people won’t recognize me during the show with makeup and costums!!!
