PMU Interlife
PMU InterLife is one of the major relief and development organizations in Sweden. PMU InterLife is working in partnership with churches and Christian organizations in about 65 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The comprehensive goal of PMU InterLife is to contribute to the reduction of the number of poor people by 50% before 2015, in accordance with the UN’s millennial goal. This will be accomplished by capacity building of civil society organisations, especially local churches, in order to enable people to lift themselves out of poverty. PMU InterLife also supports urgent relief projects as well as rehabilitation oriented humanitarian programs. The organisation is currently involved in about 250 development projects and 20 humanitarian projects. PMU InterLife has framework partnership agreements with Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) and ECHO.
