INTRODUCTION
MW Furniture’s aim is to provide the best quality furniture and other goods from the most reliable EU manufacturers. We want to meet or exceed your expectations and have satisfied customers that return to our website for a regular custom. Your purchase from this website is subject to following Terms and Conditions.

ORDERS
By placing an order you fully accept our T&S. Every order will be confirmed with an e-mail receipt. We will send you additional e-mails to inform about your payment and order status. There is no need to reply these e-mails. We may also contact you by phone to arrange delivery or assembly details, if applicable. Therefore it is very important to provide correct e-mail address and other contact details. Every order is being finalized straight away after receiving the payment and you can expect delivery usually within 3 working days. We do not and we will never share your personal details with third party.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We use secured payment methods provided by PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay by credit card or you can transfer money to our bank account (if you use that option, all details will be provided after placing your order). If you transfer the money to our bank account, we advise you to inform us when the transfer is done to make us proceed with your order without any delays. Alternatively, if you decide to collect goods from our showroom in New Ross, payment by cash is possible.

DELIVERY
We deliver our goods to Republic of Ireland only. The cost of the delivery depends on weight and size of the package and may vary. Delivery fees will be added to your order before making the payment.

It’s the customer responsibility to be at home and to be available on phone when the delivery date and times are arranged. If customer is not reachable and goods cannot be delivered (or customer want to cancel the order after delivery), customer has a right to get the money back, but will have to pay delivery fees.

ASSEMBLY
Assembly is possible only within 120 km (75 miles) from New Ross. Details and fees will be agreed individually for every order. Phone contact is required before delivery to arrange the assembly.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled and goods returned free of charge within 24 hours after delivery if goods are faulty, defective or damaged. It is the customer responsibility to check the package, report damages to the courier, sign applicable forms and contact the seller. MW Furniture will arrange the pick-up day and time and will deliver a new product free of charge.

In very unlikely situation when the customer is not happy with our product, MW Furniture will accept returns and refund the order. However, customer will have to pay delivery and return fees. Product must not be damaged and should be packed as original.

MW Furniture keeps the right to cancel any order in any time due to unexpected events or third party fault. In that case customer will be informed as soon as possible and the full refund will be placed immediately.

WARRANTIES
All our product have a one year manufacturer warranty.
